about the word "factoring"
Chris could help me please. I try to translate to Chinese,but I'm not sure. For example there three groups of people bank, A, B. A owe B money. So bank give 80% value of invoiced sales to B as a cash advance. And then bank ask A 100% value of debt. So bank can keep 20% as profit. Is that right?

The bank is the factor, the organisation that buys the debt. Also they would charge interest so possibly make even more profit
